Double head decoiler straightener feeder machine for metal stamping line with mechanical press machine. It is for 3000KG weight of metal coil for each head of decoiler mandrel. And automatic feeding for 400mm width metal coil sheet. This machine is combined decoiler, straightener, feeder to save work space and make all machines synchronous with press machine.

3 in 1 automatic coil feeder machine equipped with press machine for metal stamping or cutting. It is used for metal coil handling to make an automation production line. It can work for many kinds of metal coils like stainless steel, aluminum sheet, copper, etc. For different materials, there may require for different automatic coil feeder machines.

This MT-600F is customized according to customer's requirement. It will be used in blanking line.

Decoiler machine is uncoiling for metal coils in stamping line or cutting line. It can be equipped with straightener feeder machine for automatic feeding or with shear for automatic cutting.For different specification of metal coils, there are different sizes of decoiler machine.

For metal steel plate transfer between press machine, we offer can use the transfer arm to handle it. This 2D manipulator machine can realize the automation metal stamping line equipped with press machine for power press. It can save labor cost but also increase the capacity.

This high strength coil feeder is for Max width 1600mm metal coil with high yield. It will compact press machine for automotive stamping with automation system. The uncoiler mandrel is with wedge type for powerful hydraulic expansion, which always use in heavy duty metal coils. Back up rollers are on the straightener rollers to make sure high performance of straightening. Feeding function is controlled by Yaskawa servo motor with high precision feeding pinch.
