GLK4-600H large capacity for high yield strength metal coils handling:
1, wedge type of decoiler machine for strong expansion
2, take over 10 Tons metal coil capacity
3, pressing arm with PU roller, which is drove by motor
4, supporting device to support to mandrel of decoiler
5, 2 sets of coil keeper
6, straightener feeder are drove by servo motor
7, straightening with high performance to achieve 0.15mm accuracy
8, straightener rollers are electroplated with chrome to achieve surface hardness HRC60-62
9, all rollers are tested with high precision of 0.005mm concentricity
10, equipped with hydraulic shearing to cut the coil head and coil end
Application
GLK4-600H is suitable for high tensile strength metal coils, which are widely used to produce auto parts. This unit coil feeder machine is with automation feeding system to compact press machine for automatically punching, especially for progression stamping. It is decoiling straightening and feeding metal coils with motor drove. This compact servo coil feeder are normally used in automobile manufacturers.
